App
Put one thing you grow, or one plant you visit, in the center. Then, whenever you look at it: one photo and a few words.

What it does
| Plant a seed | Name the plant, name its origin (sowing, planting, budding — any word you like) and its day. You can also just tell Mei. |
|---|---|
| Write | Take a photo or pick one you already took. Words are optional. The place of the entry is decided by the Sun and the Moon of that moment. |
| Look | Entries pile up on a ring of one year. Today's place glows gold. Each generation is a ring of its own. |
| Flip | Flip through the photos of one place in order. The days between photos are shown as they are. |
| Generations | From sowing to harvest is one generation. When you sow again, it goes on the same ring. Trees too. You decide when a generation ends. |
| Talk | Talk with Mei. Tell what you saw and Mei offers "write it?". Ask about last year's same day and Mei lists it, as it is. |
| Take it out | Export all entries and original photos (Markdown and files). The data is yours. |
How to use
One order only: look, then shoot, then write. Put the phone away while you look. Take one photo when you finish looking. Then a few words.
- Tap "Plant a seed", or tell Mei "I sowed basil".
- Enter the name, the origin word and its day.
- After looking, tap "Write". Shoot or pick. Words optional.
- Tap a place on the ring to see what piled up there, by generation. "Flip" to go through the photos.
- Next sowing: "Generations" → "Next generation". Harvest can be noted there too.
- Older photos: the app reads the shooting time and places the entry on that day. It asks you once to confirm.
What matters
| Photos | Stored without any change. A smaller copy is made for display; the small copy carries no location. |
|---|---|
| Location | The location of the photo or the device is kept in your entries (you can turn it off). It stays in your own folder and is never published. Treat a garden entry like your address. |
| Conversations | Stored encrypted on the server. Deleted when you delete them. |
| Birth sky | Optional. Kept only on this device, never on the server. Your birth planets appear on the ring. |
| What Mei never says | Effects, medicinal use, edibility, identification of a plant, how to grow it. Ask a specialist. |
